Live22 Unleashes Legend of Qilin: A Golden Opportunity for Casino Operators
September 30, 2026
Live22 is proud to announce the official launch of Legend of Qilin, an online slot game engineered to capture player interest across Southeast Asia, with a specific focus on the thriving iGaming market in Thailand. Combining timeless Eastern folklore with lucrative modern mechanics, this release presents casino operators with an exceptional addition to their gaming catalog.
Mythological Storyline Meets High-Value Gameplay
The game draws inspiration from the legendary Qilin, a mythical creature revered for guarding hidden realms of immense wealth. Legend has it that treasures within this sanctuary bear golden marks, steadily accumulating power until they awaken to unleash massive fortune. Live22 brings this narrative to life through vibrant jade and gold aesthetic elements, high-definition visual effects, and an immersive soundscape that resonates deeply with Asian player preferences.
Dynamic Wilds-on-the-Way Mechanics
At the core of Legend of Qilin is the dynamic Wilds-on-the-Way system, designed to extend winning cascades and sustain player excitement. On reels 2, 3, 4, and 5, oversized symbols occupying 2 to 4 grid spaces can land with a distinct silver frame. When these silver-framed symbols contribute to a payout, the subsequent cascade upgrades them into gold-framed symbols. Winning gold-framed symbols then transform into 2 to 4 Wild symbols depending on their size, dramatically boosting win potential. To further increase hit anticipation, gold-framed symbols that do not win during a cascade sequence remain locked on the reels for the next spin as Persistent Gold Frames, transforming into fresh symbols while retaining their golden upgrade status.
Golden Frames Sync Reveal & High-Reward Features
Adding an extra layer of innovation, the Golden Frames Sync Reveal feature activates during key game moments to create mass symbol synchronizations. This feature triggers either during a cascading sequence after new symbols settle, or mid-spin on a fresh round while the reels are still in motion. When activated, all active gold-framed symbols instantly sync and reveal the same matching symbol across the reels, opening doors to massive multi-line combinations.
High-Engagement Betting Features for Players
To cater to diverse player archetypes in the competitive Thailand market, Live22 has integrated a suite of high-engagement betting options directly into the core gameplay loop. The experience centers around the dynamic Free Spins Round, which triggers whenever four or more Scatter symbols land anywhere on the reels, shifting the gameplay focus toward expanding Wild transformations and escalating win multipliers.
For players seeking heightened excitement during the base game, the optional Extra Bet Mode can be toggled at twice the total bet cost. Activating this feature injects Super Scatters onto the board, substantially raising the probability of triggering the bonus game while rewarding players with larger free spin counts and faster multiplier progression.
Additionally, the game accommodates high-volatility enthusiasts through its Dual Buy Feature Modes. Players looking to skip directly to the action can choose between two tailored purchasing tiers: Mode 1, available for 100x the total bet, instantly grants entry into the standard Free Spins feature, while Mode 2, priced at 200x the total bet, unlocks an upgraded bonus round featuring significantly boosted Super Scatter drop rates for maximum payout potential.
Strategic Advantage for iGaming Operators
With 96% RTP and a medium-high volatility profile, Legend of Qilin delivers the optimal balance between consistent base-game retention and explosive bonus round payouts. Its rich feature set, combined with intuitive mobile optimization and seamless cross-platform integration, makes it a top-tier asset for operators looking to boost player Lifetime Value and Gross Gaming Revenue in Thailand.
